Frances Fogden has extensive experience across recruitment operations, business systems, data and process management, with a career spanning more than 15 years.
She began her career in recruitment operations, initially working within HRIS recruitment before moving into business systems and data projects. Her experience includes leading CRM implementations and data migration projects, alongside developing and improving the processes, systems and infrastructure that support recruitment businesses.
Today, Frances oversees operations at SRX, supporting the business across systems, data, compliance, marketing and communications, and business processes. She works across these areas to ensure the infrastructure behind the business supports its specialist teams and the needs of the US market.
Her areas of expertise include CRM and recruitment technology, data management, business processes, compliance and operational development. She also works closely with the wider SRX team on systems and processes that support the delivery of NetSuite and Oracle recruitment across the US.
