After years of running a heavily customised Oracle EBS environment that's been holding them back, they've made the commitment to move to Oracle Fusion Cloud and they're building the internal team to own it properly rather than handing it all to a consultancy.

Proven Oracle Cloud Solution Architecture experience across ERP, SCM, or Projects
Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS and the practical realities of migrating customised EBS environments onto Fusion Cloud
Experience with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or Project Financials is a significant advantage given the nature of their business
Solid grasp of integration design including OIC, RICEW frameworks, FBDI, and REST/SOAP APIs
Ability to engage credibly at senior leadership level while remaining hands-on with the detail
