About the Role


Looking for a permanent Oracle HCM Lead to join ahead of cutover and own the system long term. You will support the final stages of implementation, lead end user training, and transition the business into BAU.


Responsibilities


Support the final stages of implementation
Lead end user training
Transition the business into BAU
Modules in scope include Core HR, Absence Management, and Payroll

 
Qualifications


Previous Oracle HCM experience within a healthcare or similarly regulated environment is essential

 
Required Skills


Oracle HCM experience
Experience in healthcare or regulated environments

 
Preferred Skills


Experience with Core HR, Absence Management, and Payroll modules
