NetSuite Project Manager

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of NetSuite project delivery and the ability to manage complex programs from planning through go-live and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite implementations, optimization projects, upgrades, and transformation initiatives from planning through delivery and go-live.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including NetSuite consultants, developers, integration specialists, business stakeholders, and third-party partners.
• Manage stakeholder communication, project governance, change management, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive successful delivery by maintaining alignment between business objectives, technical requirements, project scope, and commercial outcomes.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing NetSuite implementations or ERP projects.
• Proven track record of delivering full-cycle NetSuite implementations and/or complex optimization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite functionality, implementation methodology, integrations, and ERP project lifecycles.
• Excellent project governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills.
• Experience working with end-user organizations, NetSuite partners, consultancies, or systems integrators.
