Oracle Cloud HCM Lead — Chicago, IL End User | Healthcare | Salary: Competitive + Bonus | Start: Q3 2026

A well-established healthcare organisation preparing to go live with Oracle Cloud HCM later this year is looking for a permanent Oracle HCM Lead to join ahead of cutover and own the system long term. You will support the final stages of implementation, lead end user training, and transition the business into BAU. Modules in scope include Core HR, Absence Management, and Payroll. Previous Oracle HCM experience within a healthcare or similarly regulated environment is essential.
