A major professional services firm in New York is undergoing an Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and requires an experienced HCM Functional Consultant to support delivery across Core HR, Talent Management, and Compensation. You will work directly with HR leadership and the implementation partner to drive configuration, resolve functional issues, and ensure a high quality go-live. Previous experience on large, complex HCM programmes within professional or financial services is highly desirable.
